Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation workshop on Marine debris and micro plastic on sustainable utilization of marine Resources held in city hotel in Xiamen from December 3-5th 2019. There are 3 sessions in the first day. Session 1: Marine debris management in the APEC region. Session 2: Research progress in Marine debris and micro plastic Session3: Private sectors participation in reducing marine debris. On the 2nd day there will be workshop on sustainable utilization of marine resources. There also two important sessions like algae carbon sequestration and it’s high value utilization fishery loss reduction and high value utilization of fishery processing wastes.And also discussion part is there that is very significant part for this workshop I believe . We , Sadique, aklima and kazi international students from Bangladesh attend this program. The last day there is a arrangement for public awareness raising event and technical field trip.
